Keshub Mahindra (1923-2023) was a distinguished Indian industrialist and was Chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra for nearly five decades (1963-2012). He served on the Boards of numerous companies and institutes in his career and was IIMA’s longest serving Chairperson of the Board of Governors (1974-1984). In his interview, he recounted how he landed at IIMA, the challenges of his role as Board Chairperson including navigating government interference and labour unions, and his interactions with various faculty members.
