Professor Ramesh C Goyal worked in the Organizational Behavior Area from 1964 to 20th March 1970.

He received his MPA from Harvard University.

His publications include work on the Air India Pilot’s Guild, Delhi Electric Supply Undertaking, Mahabali Manufacturing Company, Reserve Bank, Violet Company, Industrial Workforce in India, JK Cotton Spinning & Weaving Co Ltd and others.
